surface of your glass. Your screens are cleaned and rinsed with the use of water
and cleaning solution (all screens are included even sliding screen doors). We also offer a deep clean *extra charge* a soft bristle brush specifically designed
for screen cleaning and a special blend of detergents are used, this method will amaze you. Tracks are cleaned as well as your window sills. Your frames are also wiped down

cleaned
I just had my house worked on and there is debris on my windows.
Can you remove these things and is that included in your regular service?
Certain debris on the surface of your glass cannot come clean with standard window
cleaning procedures. If we come across any paint, stucco, silicone, dry wall texture,
tape residue, hard water stains etc., we will then employ Post Construction Clean-Up
techniques to remove the debris safely before we can continue with the standard
cleaning procedures. ** see our 4 step method for standard procedures**. Post
Construction Clean-Ups are an additional service due to the use of special chemicals, tools and techniques that require extra time and a special skill set. It would be best that we
see the condition of your glass first if you suspect any construction or paint debris on your
windows, we can then give you an accurate written estimate.
Do you clean mirrors?
Absolutely. When calling for an estimate make sure you check how many mirrors you
would like to be cleaned. Standard bathroom mirrors are included in your residential
clean. Closet door mirrors and any large wall mirrors are extra.
My windows are fogging up, can you fix them?
Unfortunately once your windows begin to fog there is usually a break down in the IG
unit of your window. Meaning the seals in your window have failed letting moisture into
the insulating unit of your glass. Window cleaning cannot fix this problem and it would
be best to check the warranty on your windows because you may need to replace them.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we bonded and carry a 1 million dollar general liability policy for your protection as
well as ours. A copy of our insurance policy can be found on our pricing page.
What if it rains?
We have a 30 day rain guarantee. If at any time it rains 30 days after your window
cleaning service we will return to do any touch ups that are needed.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
It is really up to you, the more frequent you have you windows cleaned the easier it is to
remove dirt and pollutants. Most of our customers have a maintenance plan that has us
come every 3 months or every 6 months.
Should I have my windows cleaned if I am selling my home?
Absolutely. According to a survey of 2000 real estate agents conducted by
Homegain.com and published in the June, 2003 issue of Money Magazine (page 106),
having your windows cleaned is the number one pre-sale home improvement that
generates the best return on investment as measured by a higher selling price.
Is your work guaranteed?
Absolutely, our work is 100% guaranteed. If your are not happy with our work you dont
pay, simple as that. We take our customer service seriously. Give us a call and if we
cannot remedy the problem, the service is on the house.
